Commercial property owners have agreed to form a CID to serve as a tool to facilitate infrastructure improvements connected to the redevelopment of the former Doraville General Motors assembly plant and the surrounding area.

ASSEMBLY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

REGARDING PROPOSED MILLAGE RATE


The Assembly Community Improvement District (the “District”) does hereby announce that the

millage rate for calendar year 2021 will be set by means of a virtual meeting of the District to be

held on June 25, 2021 at 10 a.m. Members of the public may participate by telephone through

Pursuant to the requirements of O.C.G.A. §48-5-32, the District does hereby publish the following

report of the assessed taxable value of the properties subject to taxes for the current year and the immediately preceding five years, the proposed millage rate for the current year and millage rates

for each of the immediately preceding five years, and the total dollar amount of ad valorem taxes

proposed to be levied for the current year and levied in each of the immediately preceding five

years, as well as the percentage and dollar increase with respect to the immediately preceding

calendar year.
