NOTICE OF ASSEMBLY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SPECIAL ELECTION & BOARD MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as provided in the DEKALB COUNTY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ACT OF 2008 (Ga. L. 2008, p. 3817), as amended (CID Act) that a Caucus of Electors of the Assembly Community Improvement District (CID) shall be held at Assembly Studios, located at 2582 Assembly Boulevard, Building 2000, 4th Floor Conference Room, Doraville , Georgia 30360 on August 21, 2025. The purpose of the caucus is to elect a Board Member. The post to be filled at this meeting is Post 2. Registration for the election shall be held at 9:30 o’clock A.M.Voting will occur immediately thereafter.The election is for the unfulfilled term of a board member. Each Elector who has arrived at the registration table by 10:00 A.M. shall be able to vote. All voting is required to be in person. A map of the CID is on file with the DeKalb County Tax Commissioner and on the Assembly CID website. All Electors, as designated under the CID Act, are invited to attend and cast their votes.The regularly scheduled Assembly CID Board Meeting will immediately follow the conclusion of the election.
